PAC PROGRAMS
Increase Speed, Quickness and Explosive Power for your upcoming season...for any Athlete, for any Sport...with PAC's Training Programs!
GROUP TRAINING
Group Training consisits of training with no more than 8 athletes at a time and focuses on complete athletic development: speed, quickness, power, agility, coordination, balance and mental toughness.PAC offers group training for youth, middle school, high school, and college athletes, as well as clubs and teams. Training in small groups ensures personal attention and maximizes results. Athletes are placed in a group of the same age range to ensure they receive appropriate training by one of our Performance Specialists.
- Youth (Ages 8-11) Learning to Train
Children at this period of development will experience organized play within a non-competitive setting better known as "Movement Based Games". The design of the program is geared towards creating a fun environment for kids while instilling proper movement mechanics, coordination, and strength that will lay the foundation for more advanced skills to be taught as the child progresses in age and skill. - Developmental I(12-14) Training to Train
In this second stage, athletes show signs of physical and mental maturation. This level focuses on progressing and maintaining athletic movement while continually increasing speed, strength, agility, and power. Athletes will also be introduced to more advanced core training and static flexibility. - Developmental II(15+) Training to Compete
Athletes in this age group have developed the fundamental skills of speed, agility, and power. For Developmental II athletes, technique is now fine-tuned and repeated to gain the highest level of execution in preparation for the upcoming season.
P3 PROGRAM - Prevent, Prepare, Play
Due to the intensity of Performance Training Sessions, it is sometimes hard to cater to the individual needs of those athletes that are recovering from injuries. In an attempt to address these needs, we have created an injury prevention class. In this class we will work developing an understanding of movement, increasing functional mobility/stability, and then isolate and strengthen imbalances or areas of weakness. The goal of the P3 program is to prevent further sport related injury and to prepare the athlete for a full return to their sport in most cases with enhanced performance. All of this will take place in a small group setting using protocols that have been designed through consultation with Physical Therapists, Orthopedic Surgeons, Youth Conditioning Specialists, and Strength and Speed Coaches.
